Savoria Group has just won the Indonesian Employer of Choice 2023 Award organized by SWANetwork and Korn Ferry. This award given is the result of a survey carried out from September 2022 to August 2023 on 26 companies, which was carried out massively involving 51,606 employees. This survey aims to capture the level of company effectiveness based on two attributes, namely engagement and enablement.

To become an Employer of Choice, companies need to adopt several new approaches to employee engagement and empowerment. This approach needs to be adapted to the current workplace landscape which is characterized by hybrid work, flexibility, and Happy Workplace. Savoria Group itself has its way of handling employee empowerment. Some of the programs running include the Buddy System in the On-Boarding Program, regular Coaching and 360 Performance Evaluation, structured Key Performance Indicators and Standard Operating Procedures, as well as Talent Development Program for employees development.

Savoria Group management believes that to increase engagement in the workplace, employees need to have a sense of purpose and a sense of ownership. Happy employees who are supported by a TRUE leader attitude, namely leading and serving, will have a positive impact on employee productivity.
